Key Gambling

If you don’t live in North America then you may have not heard of Major League Soccer (MLS). The MLS is a soccer league that was developed in the USA in 1993. The reason why the league was initially formed was because the USA was trying to host the 1994 FIFA World Cup. Many people in the United States didn’t even know about the MLS until 2002. In 2002 the United States made it to the quarterfinals at the World Cup and this helped the sport gain some popularity in the country.

Once the MLS started gaining popularity in 2002 many teams started building stadiums for their teams. There have been new stadiums built for many of the fifteen MLS teams and there are many new stadiums set to built in the coming few years. Over the past several years the MLS have been working tirelessly at improving the quality of players in the league. When the MLS initially formed back in 1993 the level of play wasn’t anywhere close to what it is today.

Many international soccer players have come to the MLS and it has helped the league gain an international presence. One of the biggest signings ever in the MLS was when the LA Galaxy managed to sign David Beckham to their team. After the Beckham move many other international players decided that they would also like to come over to the United States and try playing soccer here. With the increase in international soccer players wanting to play in the MLS, it has allowed other teams to form. There are three new teams set to start playing in the MLS by 2011. Below is a list of the three teams that will be entering the MLS over the next couple years.

* Philadelphia Union – 2010
* Portland Timbers – 2011
* Vancouver – 2011

As mentioned earlier there are 15 teams currently in this soccer betting league so with the 3 new additions it will help even out the conferences. This season the conferences are unbalanced as the Eastern Conference only has 7 teams whereas the Western Conference has 8 teams. Below is a list of the teams currently in the league.

Eastern Conference

* Toronto FC – New York Red Bulls – New England Revolution – Kansas City Wizards – D.C. United – Columbus Crew & Chicago Fire.

Western Conference

* Seattle Sounders FC – San Jose Earthquakes – Real Salt Lake – Los Angeles Galaxy – Houston Dynamo – FC Dallas – Colorado Rapids & C.D. Chivas USA.

If you’re interested in watching the MLS then you’ll need to live in the United States or Canada. If you live in Canada then you’ll be able to watch the Toronto FC team games and if you live in the USA you’ll be able to watch all of the broadcasted MLS games. If you want to watch the MLS and you live internationally then you’ll need to find the games streamed online. If you want to make the games more exciting then you can bet on the MLS games through an online sportsbook. Many online sportsbooks post soccer odds for the MLS so you shouldn’t have a problem finding a sportsbook to play with. One good thing about capping the MLS is that there are only 15 teams in the entire league that you need to follow.

Whoever said you cannot get free money in this world was wrong. Online casinos offer no deposit bonuses to new players all the time. You can easily get your hands on anywhere from $5 to $50, and sometimes more, for free!

No deposit bonuses are used as an incentive for people to join an online slots casino. Without great freebies and promotions, it is definitely hard for any slots casino to continue to grow at a quick rate. Because of this, many online slots casinos are giving away free cash, and a good portion of them offer great no deposit bonuses, so take advantage of it.

There are different types of no deposit bonuses. Each of these no deposit bonuses work a bit differently than one another.

Types of No Deposit Slots Bonus Offers

A Free Play Bonus is a bonus that catches the attention of online slot machine players the most. Many free play slots bonuses claim such things as up to $200 free play. With the free play bonus, you play with fake money for up to an hour (time set by casino) and you get the bonus in a real money account afterwards. You will have to clear the bonus and make a deposit in order to qualify to convert the bonus money in your account to actual real money though. Usually there are quite a few terms for this type of no deposit bonus that makes it less desirable.

Free Spin Bonus – this bonus is usually awarded after the new player completes a certain amount of spins. These spins are completed on slot machines or just one slot machine in particular. The progressive slots or slots with jackpots, are not included for most free spin no deposit bonuses. The way this type of no deposit bonus works is basically the same as the free play bonus, you just use a different ‘currency’ to play the bonus money with at first.

Some online casinos offer a true no deposit bonus. However, in instances where a player is issued a free $20, there are conditions tied to this free money. For example, some casinos allow winnings of up to $50 on true no deposit bonuses. Other slots casinos require a steep play through requirement and deposit prior to cashing out winnings associated with their specific no deposit bonus. It is important to read the fine print associated with the no deposit bonus at slots casinos.

For auto racing enthusiasts, sports betting on the internet is simple. Motor sports betting is available for NASCAR as well as Formula 1and INDY Car. In addition to betting on actual races, you can bet on different championship series within the particular racing circuits. For example, with NASCAR a motor sports bettor has the option of betting on a single race, such as the upcoming Pep Boys 500 in Atlanta on September 6, or they can place a bet on who will win the chase for the Sprint Cup.

NASCAR Motor Sports Betting

As part of the NASCAR Sprint Cup Series, the upcoming Pep Boys 500 is set to take place at the Atlanta Motor Speedway on September 6, though this start date is subject to weather. Many motor sports betting websites will even allow you to bet on whether this race starts and finishes on the date it is scheduled.

In addition to betting for or against the weather holding, you can bet on who will win the Pep Boys 500 through your favorite motor sports betting website. Some of the favorites going into this race are Jimmy Johnson at 5 to 1, as well as Carl Edwards, Jeff Gordon, Mark Martin, and Kyle Busch – all at 7 to 1. Additionally, getting single digit odds is Tony Stewart getting 8 to 1 to win the Pep Boys 500.

Should you not wish to bet on the actual winner of the Pep Boys 500, you can bet on your favorite racer to finish in the top three, as most motor sports betting sites allow you the option to place such a bet. While a racer such as Brian Vickers is 14 to 1 to win, he pay 4 to 1 to finish in the top three of the Pep Boys 500. Such bets are more conservative in nature and pay out less than betting on a racer to win.

In addition to betting on a single race, nascar bettors can bet on who will win the Chase for the Sprint Cup. The points leader, Tony Stewart pays 2 to 1 to win the chase. He is currently the Sprint Cup Chase points leader. Getting 2 to 1 on someone who is already off to a head start is a great bet. It should be noted though that the chase points are reset in a few weeks, but Stewart has shown he has what it takes this season. Other chase contenders are Jeff Gordon and Mark Martin, getting 5 and 6 to one odds respectively.

The odds are always with the house – one of the most commonly known facts of gambling. So when you have the opportunity to guarantee yourself a win, even for a fraction of your initial bet, it sparks a nice feeling. A feeling that things went your way for once. Well, this optional rule in blackjack – not technically a side bet but you could say it’s in the same family – offers you just that. It gives you the option of taking the “win.” I’ll explain.

Either called automatic win or blackjack casino surrender (depending on where in the world you’re playing), this rule gives you, the player, the option of forcing the dealer to surrender (funny, it’s usually the other way around) if you have a 2-card hand valued at 20 vs. a dealer’s 10. So, basically, you can choose to settle for 50% of your bet (which is what happens in a surrender) and not have to play out the rest of the hand. Of course, it’s only extended to you after the dealer checks for blackjack. If he hits that, all bets are off (heh, heh). One of the more well-known casinos to offer this option is the Stardust in Vegas.

So what should you do in this situation? If you’re following the statistics, you should probably play out the hand. The odds are more in your favor in a one-deck game than an eight-deck game, but you still have a greater than 50% chance of winning the hand regardless of the other factors. Here’s a quick breakdown of the percentages.

If you’re hand is 10, 10, the chances of you winning the hand in a one-deck game is 58.5%. Two decks is 56.85%. Four decks is 56.15%. Five decks is 56%. Six decks is 55.9% and eight decks is 55.8%. If you’re hand is A, 9, the chances of you winning stays right around 55.45% regardless of the number of decks. It’s not until the third decimal point do the odds change, too minimal to matter to most players anyway.

So, as you can see by these basic blackjack tips, it’s probably not a great idea to ever exercise the surrender option. And, you have to think, why would the casinos offer this to begin with if it really benefited the player? The truth is you lose between 5.45 and 5.9 percent of every bet if you let the dealer surrender. Play the hand, and you’ll win your full bet more than half the time.
